I was raised in Northern California and have called New York City home for nearly three decades. I’ve worked in the healing arts for over twenty years as a yoga teacher, acupuncturist, and guide through embodied and energetic practices.
I discovered yoga during college and it has remained the steady center of my personal evolution and the foundation of all my healing work.
My desire to work more deeply with cl led me to acupuncture, which has been my primary healing modality since 2013. Over time, energetic medicine and a more intuitive, subtle approach to healing became central to my work. What I offer now is the result of that evolution: grounded, precise, and deeply attuned.
I received my Master’s degree in Acupuncture with honors in 2011 and specialize in Trigger Point Dry Needling for pain and injury, Cosmetic Acupuncture for facial rejuvenation, and whole-body acupuncture for nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, stress, and chronic patterns.
I love to support people through times of transition — and especially love working with those navigating motherhood, midlife shifts, and moments of deep change — using acupuncture, movement, and energetic work to help restore steadiness and reconnection.
My sessions are integrative by nature. Aromatherapy, Reiki, intuitive energy work, breath, and embodied awareness may be woven into treatment when supportive. The work is always responsive — shaped by what your system is asking for in that moment.
I believe health is not created through one single modality, but through the small, steady choices we make each day — how we move, how we nourish ourselves, how we rest, how we relate to stress, and how we listen inward. My work supports that remembering.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you remember your own capacity for balance, clarity, and self-healing — and to support you in building the daily practices, rhythms, and inner listening that restore a sense of wholeness over time.
I’d love to connect. Contact me to discuss how we can work together.
