Hi, I’m Oceana…

My work in the healing arts spans over twenty years as a yoga teacher, acupuncturist, and guide through embodied and energetic practices.

I was raised in Northern California and have called New York City home for nearly three decades.

I began practicing yoga in college, drawn by a curiosity for how movement cultivates awareness and insigh.. The discipline, breathwork, and mindful movement became a steady anchor for presence, awareness, and inner attunement, shaping how I relate to the body, mind, and the subtle energies that guide well-being. As my interest in the intersection of body, energy, and consciousness deepened, I was drawn to acupuncture — a modality that allows me to work directly with the body’s innate intelligence, subtle patterns, and capacity for self-healing.

I received my Master’s degree in Acupuncture in 2011 and specialize in Trigger Point Dry Needling for pain and injury, Cosmetic Acupuncture and Microneedling for visible skin renewal, and gentle acupuncture protocols for nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, stress, and chronic patterns.

I love supporting people through profound life transitions and moments of personal discovery, helping them reconnect to their inner guidance, clarity, and wisdom. My sessions are integrative and responsive, often weaving Reiki, intuitive energy work, breathwork and movement, aromatherapy, and other supportive modalities. I believe health and well-being emerge from attunement to your own body, rhythms, and energy, and my role is to help you remember your capacity for balance, clarity, and self-healing, while guiding you toward sustained balance and alignment.

Offerings

I offer 1:1 sessions, including acupuncture, facial rejuvenation treatments, and intuitive guidance.

I also lead group yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, which integrate years of practice in movement, acupuncture, and subtle energy and intuitive work. These experiences support embodied insight, deep restoration and clarity, and a stronger connection to your own inner guidance.

I’d love to connect. Contact me to discuss how we can work together.
