YOGA
Yoga is the foundation of my personal practice and the root from which all of my healing work has grown — not only as a physical discipline, but as an energetic pathway inward.
My approach is dynamic, intentional, and deeply attuned, supporting nervous system regulation, functional strength, mobility, and a grounded sense of presence in the body.
I’ve been teaching since 2002 in group classes, private sessions, retreats, and workshops, and I offer a virtual yoga collective for practitioners of all levels.
