YOGA
Yoga has been the foundation of my personal and professional life for over 20 years — my spiritual practice and the place I return to reconnect, center, and listen more deeply. It remains the root of all my work, not only as a physical discipline but as an energetic pathway inward.
Through breath, presence, and mindful movement, yoga sharpens awareness, steadies the nervous system, strengthens the body and connects us to our intuition in ways that touch every part of life.
I’ve been teaching since 2002 — in group classes, private sessions, retreats, and workshops — and I offer a virtual yoga collective to support practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
