Human Design shows us that each of us has a unique way of navigating life and making decisions. When we understand our design, we begin to see where conditioning and overthinking have pulled us away from our natural way of being.
This course is about coming back to that. Understanding how you're actually built — and learning to trust it.

We start with your chart — your energy type, strategy, and authority. Not as abstract theory, but as a real and practical lens on how you're wired. You'll walk away from this week seeing yourself differently: not as someone who needs fixing, but someone who's been operating without their own user manual.
This is where it gets personal. We explore your defined and open centers — the places you're consistent, and the places you absorb and amplify the world around you. You'll start to see the patterns that have been running quietly in the background: the people-pleasing, the second-guessing, the decisions made from fear or pressure rather than truth.
Your body already knows. This week we learn how to hear it. We go deep into your decision-making authority — whether that's a gut response, an emotional wave, a splenic hit, or something else entirely — and build the practical habits that help you access it in real time, not just in theory.
The final week is about integration — bringing everything into your actual life. Relationships, work, daily rhythms, the decisions in front of you right now. We close with a practice you can return to whenever you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment. This isn't the end of the work. It's where it becomes yours.

Simple, practical tools — journaling prompts, body awareness exercises, and spirit card reflection — to integrate the teachings between sessions.
