Practicing yoga can bring awareness to all areas of your life. Cultivating a connection to your breath, your body and deepening your awareness of how your mental + emotional states influence your experience of life day to day, is a vital pathway to self-discovery, wisdom, and ultimately can be a powerful catalyst for change.

Yoga not only increases our physical strength and endurance but keeps us mentally engaged, sharpens our senses and sensitivity, and increases our inner vitality, as well as the vibration we share with the world.

I have been teaching group and private yoga classes, as well as retreats and workshops, since 2002. In additional I have a virtual yoga collective membership to support yogis of all ages and levels, from brand new beginners, to athletes and seasoned practitioners.

Private Yoga

Private yoga is a great option if you are new to yoga, working with an injury or physical limitation which necessitates specific modifications or if you are interested in establishing or deepening your personal practice. Working with a teacher who knows your individual needs and understands your unique body can be transformative and highly customized to meet your needs and preferences. Sessions may include any of the following: hatha/vinyasa postures and sequencing (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness + meditation, restorative and yin practices and so much more. I teach adults, kids, families, athletes, pregnant women, corporate groups, private parties, and teacher training.

Yoga Collective Online Membership

I designed this Yoga Collective to support you in prioritizing your daily practice with a variety of yoga classes at your fingertips.

With a combination of full length vinyasa classes (75 mins) and shorter focused practices (25-50 mins), including some hybrid conditioning classes, this membership works with your schedule, your preferences and your life to help keep you physically, mentally and emotionally strong and supple.
